- Trains new staff on how to manage food inventories from a food cost, quality assurance and sanitation standpoint
- Oversight and communication of the order guide, including assisting in development and communication updates to the field
- Creation and submission of necessary documentation to Compass Purchasing department for new account set-ups and stocking of new items and vendors
- Follow Quality Assurance protocols for resolving food-related quality and sanitation issues
- Assist in the testing of new menu items and provide input in menu development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required, Business Administration preferred
- Must have 3-5 years of multi-unit foodservice purchasing experience
- Must have outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills and the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Operations experience would be a plus
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Excel
- Purchasing expereince in excess of 25M
