Prana- the creative energy, that which gives life and sets things in motion--is the central concept of yoga. This gentle year-end class will incorporate strategies to balance the flow of prana in asana, pranayama, and meditation. While there are many ways to explore the subtle anatomy of yoga, we will focus on the concept of vayus or winds, which, functioning in harmony, are the key to health and well-being.
