Primary Responsibilities:
Experience performing full life-cycle activities in support of a project and requirements Analysis
Experience performing analysis of the business requirements and developing requirements and/or use cases
Experience providing input into the development of work efforts in support of proposed system changes
Creating necessary requirements, use case, and requirements traceability documents and support peer review and revision of documents
Experience maintaining traceability between the base-lined business requirements and requirements and/or use cases
Assisting business analysts with the creation of requirements, use cases, and requirements Traceability matrix
Collaborating with the testing and development teams to ensure the requirements meet their needs
Providing assistance with research to assess benefit development
Providing knowledge transfer for the full time business analysts

Required Experience and Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge of Healthcare Benefit Administration
Experience and knowledge using ICD-9/10-CM (Diagnosis) and ICD-9/10-PCS (Procedures) Codes
Experience and knowledge using General Equivalence Mapping (GEMs)
Experience in ICD Code Set Mapping
Experience and knowledge using CMS Reimbursement Mapping
Experience in creating ICD 9/10 Code Set Maps
Solid understanding and experience in claim adjudication and editing systems
Experience using multiple requirements elicitation techniques such a facilitating of Joint Application (JAD) sessions
Strong requirements elicitation, specification, and validation knowledge and experience
Demonstrated software testing experience; writing test plans / test scripts / test cases and the execution of testing
Clinical or Nursing background preferred
Experience providing medical review
Consolidation and organization of the aforementioned outcomes (data, processes, information, etc.)
