Looking for an award winning artist and tutor to teach you the fundamentals of exceptional painting and drawing? Here is a rare opportunity to work with an award winning artist who specializes in teaching high quality drawing and painting to groups, adults, and children. I have been a professional artist painting still life and portraits for the last 18 years. I am honored to be a copyist at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. My training has been extensive starting with a fine arts degree followed by specialized study of portrait painting, drawing, still life painting, figure drawing, and anatomy. I teach oil and/or pastel painting and pencil drawing. Since 1994 I have been hosting and teaching art painting workshops in the D.C. area as well as in Italy and Ireland.

My work hangs in homes throughout the northeast. I am a juried member of the maryland Society of Portrait Painters, The Portrait Society of America, and the Rehoboth Art League. I am represented by Aerie Art Gallery of Rehoboth Beach, De. and The Arts Club of Washington. My work is featured in Best of America Oil Artists and Best of America Pastel Artists 2009 ...working in pastel, charcoal, and pencil.

One and one half hour minimum lesson. If guest or convenient "free" parking is not available, client will have to pay for my parking expense.
